However, the adoption of completely remote work culture wasn’t widespread and prevalent throughout the industry as it is now. Now that the pandemic necessitated remote hiring and the use of remote technology, it is estimated that around 91 percent of employment agencies have increased the use of video interviewing or video conferencing solutions even since the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis.

Although, here is another catch, the lesser number of cases in the country, it does not mean that the companies are required to completely abandon the remote work technology if it is no longer a pandemic-induced necessity.
